Another best combat Chinese martial art is Sanshou. It is also one of the best choices for learning and practicing for self-defense. Every layman can easily learn this martial art because its basic techniques are taken from Kung Fu. Kung Fu is physically and mentally sound martial art among various styles of martial art. Moreover, it is also involved in kickboxing (Muay Thai). Sanshou is an effective fighting style, especially for self-defense.
